5. Regional Payment Availability
Due to local regulatory requirements and payment infrastructure limitations, certain payment methods may not be available to customers in all regions.
Cryptocurrency payment options (including USDT) may be unavailable for transactions originating from certain countries, including the Republic of Iraq. This restriction is applied automatically based on your detected location at the time of checkout.
- Customers affected by regional payment restrictions may use any of the available local payment methods displayed during checkout — including FastPay, FIB, ZainCash, AsiaCell, Korek, and QiCard.

6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products (activation codes, game licenses, account credentials), refunds are only available if all of the following apply:
The code/credentials provided are proven invalid or non-functional
You provide video/screenshot proof demonstrating the issue
The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the product
Crypto Payment — Strict No-Refund Rule
All cryptocurrency (USDT) payments are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, including: sending the wrong amount, sending to the wrong address, sending a different coin or network, or any other user error. Crypto transactions are irreversible by their nature. Please double-check all payment details before confirming a crypto transaction.
No refunds will be issued once a working code has been delivered and verified.
